I created this bread/cake to match our plan to stay healthy by avoiding dairy, wheat, gluten, and sugar. Give it a try, we like it a lot:
In bowl:
  • 3 eggs (room Temp.)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 Almond milk
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 squirts of liquid Stevia
Mix it all well
To the above mix add:
1/2 of the bag of "123 Gluten Free", Yellow Cake Mix (order
Chopped to smal pieces:
1 banana
1 Apple
1 Pear
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Mix well.
Preheat oven to 400 
Grease a pan and pour mix into it
About 35-40 in oven
