Eating with the Tai Chi Diagram: Pink Breakfast

Today I had a very pink breakfast. It was also full of S's...Opening with a small piece of cold Salmon I cooked yesterday afternoon, and followed by a Strawberry Smoothie with a mix of almonds and walnuts.

I enjoyed it very much, and now feel strong and satisfied. I wanted to share it. Maybe you will want to try it, or maybe you will try something different and share it with me?

I know this is a very short blog entry, but that is all there is to it.
